25 May 2023 teachers of the Department of International Economics assoc. prof. Anna Kukharuk and assoc. prof. Natalia Skorobogatova provided a lecture on “Ethics and Sustainability in Supply Chain Management” within the Summer School “Sustainable Development in Logistics and Supply Chain Management” organized by the Faculty of Engineering Management of Poznan University of Technology and the Faculty of Management and Marketing of Igor Sikorsky KPI. The event was attended by more than 20 students and graduates from Poland, Turkey, Ukraine, Georgia, Turkey. The issues of creating a corporate image in accordance with the principles of ethics and morality, the impact of the principles of sustainable development on the creation of supply chains and the analysis of practical cases quickly aroused interest. Participants were able to draw up joint proposals for improving the efficiency of companies, taking into account supply chain management tools. The meeting was an excellent opportunity to promote international cooperation in the field of sustainable economic development.
