Monitoring the quality of training

The scientific and methodological foundations of the integrated monitoring of the quality of training at the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, the first round of which was held in the fall of 2005, were laid down on the basis of relevant systematic research conducted at the university since 1992. The index of quality of training of specialists in each specialty is determined by the formula approved by the Academic Council of NTUU “KPI”. Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”: , where:

• – quality index of residual knowledge based on the results of rectorial control;
• – quality index of diploma works (projects);
• – index of the quality of training based on labor market feedback;
• – cumulative index;
• – cumulative training quality index.
