International Activities of the Department of International Economics

The Department of International Economics actively works towards internationalisation. In order to strengthen the position in the international educational space, foreign highly qualified specialists are invited, teachers of the Department are invited to give lectures to students of foreign higher education institutions, the level of foreign language skills is improved to the B2 level.

Cooperation with key partners is actively deepened through participation in the implementation of joint international projects, lectures, participation in webinars, summer schools, scientific seminars, etc.

Scientists of the department regularly submit project proposals for participation in international scientific and educational projects, developing cooperation with foreign partners.

In order to develop the personal potential of the participants in the educational process, students, teachers, actively participate in academic mobility programmes, international internships.

In order to strengthen the position of the Department in the international scientific space, the Department implements a number of international projects, involves foreign partners in joint publications, increases the number of scientific publications of the Department’s teachers in publications included in scientometric databases Scopus, Web of Science. The Department also organises annual international scientific and practical conferences.
