Educational programs of the Department of International Economics

The Department of International Economics is preparing:

• Bachelors: first (bachelor’s) level of higher education, the field of study – 05 “Social and Behavioral Sciences”, specialty – 051 “Economics”, specialization – “International Economics”. The training period is 4 years, full-time and on-the-job (part-time). Training is provided by state order or with tuition reimbursement;
• Masters: second (master’s) level of higher education, the field of knowledge – 05 “Social and Behavioral Sciences”, specialty – 051 “Economics”, specialization – “International Economics”. The training period is 1.4 years, full-time and on-the-job (part-time). Training is provided by state order or with tuition reimbursement;
• Doctors of Philosophy (Ph.D.): third (educational and scientific) level of higher education, the field of knowledge – 05 “Social and Behavioral Sciences”, specialty – 051 “Economics”. The training period is 4 years, the form of study is full-time and on-the-job (part-time).

Graduates of the International Economics program have the opportunity to work as specialists and managers of economic departments of enterprises of various organizational and legal forms, experts and consultants on foreign economic issues, advisors and representatives in international organizations, chambers of commerce, and industry, representative offices of international firms, multinational corporations, joint ventures, embassies, and government agencies.
