As part of the academic discipline “Labour Economics and Social-Labour Relations”, a guest lecture was held on the topic “How to Turn Job Searching into a Winning Game.”

The speaker of the event was Anna Shuy, Talent Acquisition Specialist at the Human Resources Department of KPMG Ukraine — one of the world’s leading companies providing audit, tax, and advisory services.
The course lecturer is PhD in Economics, Associate Professor Nataliia Chernenko.

During the lecture, Anna Shuy shared engaging and practical insights on how to effectively position oneself in the labour market, use modern job search tools, and think strategically from the employer’s perspective.

The speaker provided comprehensive answers to all students’ questions, illustrated her points with examples from professional experience, and offered valuable advice for a successful career start.

Third-year students,  speciality 051 Economics  were active and highly interested, noting that the lecture was informative, practical, and inspiring.
